To access the product updates please click on the requested download and enter your user name and password. If you do not have a user name and password please register your NetControl software with Bitlogix. After successful registration we will issue user name and password to you.
If you forgot your password please send an e-mail and request your access user name and password. All requests will be processed within 24 hours.
To install the update please uninstall the old version of your software and run the setup application to install the updated version of your product. During the uninstallation process only program files will be uninstalled. Your data and log files stay untouched.
